Jason and Kacey’s wedding at The Firehouse in Old Sacramento was the perfect blend of timeless elegance and iconic local character. They came to Focus Video through a referral from Events by Courtney Ann, one of the best wedding coordinators in the business. Courtney recommended us because we had filmed a wedding at The Firehouse the year before, and Jason and Kacey were looking for a team that could capture the venue and the city with a polished cinematic style.

Kacey’s vision was clear. She wanted the wedding film to feel like Old Sacramento in a classy and subtle way, not in a loud or touristy way. From the start, we focused on showcasing the stunning courtyard, the warm historic textures of the venue, and the beauty of Tower Bridge and the riverfront without making any of it feel cheesy. The result is a wedding film that feels elevated, romantic, and unmistakably Sacramento.

The night ended with a moment we could not have planned if we tried. Because of the Sacramento Rivercats Saturday home game across the river, we were treated to fireworks that lit up the sky and created the perfect final scene. Those last moments brought an unforgettable finish to an already incredible celebration at The Firehouse.
